The method using a shaping system comprising one or more movable elements and topographical data from an operation of acquiring, preferably digitally, the topography of at least a portion of said predefined region, in which method the shaping system automatically positions the one or more movable elements at least according to the topographical data, the positioning of the one or more movable elements imposing a shape to the application surface of the applicator.
