Abstract: The present invention relates to a lighter extension device (1) preferably for ignition of fireworks, comprising a lighter (15), an elongated handle (5) with a first and second end part (5A, 5B), a lighter holder (2), and activations means (8), where the lighter holder (2) is arranged at the first end part (5A) of the elongated handle (5), and the activations means (8) comprise an activator (7), a connection part (9) and an activation unit (6), wherein the connection part (9) is arranged inside the elongated handle (5) and adapted to transfer a movement of the activation unit (6) to the activator (7), where the activation unit (6) is arranged in an opening (10) of the elongated handle (5) and the activator (7) is placed at the lighter holder (2) at the first end part (5A) of the elongated handle (5).
