Abstract: The present invention refers to a combustion system applied in cooking equipments, which comprises technical features capable of enhancing heat exchange efficiency and capacity of cooking equipments through a turbulent combustion regime process. Preferably, the combustion system in accordance with the present invention comprises a fuel feed duct (1) connected to a cooking equipment burner (2) by means of an intermittent mechanism (3) for the purpose of releasing and blocking the fuel flow coming from said feed duct (1) such that an ignition element (4) causes a fuel turbulent combustion in said burner (2).

Abstract: The present invention refers to a burner for cooking equipments which comprises a configuration whose purpose is to ensure the integrity of the flames of the main openings by maintaining the pressure originated in the burner. Particularly, the present invention refers to a burner which comprises a base (1) containing a cavity (2), in which a sustaining element (3) that supports a cover (4) is placed; wherein, between said sustaining element (3) and said cover (4), it is formed a channel (5), which, at least partially, encircles the cited cavity (2) to form at least one pilot flame at the end (6) of said channel (5) that is provided in the periphery of the edge of the cavity (2).

Abstract: The present invention refers to a gas burner secondary air feed, comprising an air inlet (2) in contact with ambient air; an air exit (3) near the base of flames 9 of a burner (7); an elongated duct (1) connecting said air inlet (2) to said air exit (3), said duct being disposed beneath a cooking table (8) and capable of supplying an air flow from the air inlet (2) towards said air exit (3) by convection generated by flames (9) of the burner (7). Said duct (1) comprises a straight section (6) substantially parallel to the flat portion of said cooling table (8) and an upward section (5) directed to flames (9) of the burner (7), said straight section (6) connected to the upward section (5) by means of an inflection region (4).

Abstract: The present invention refers to a stove gas burner provided with a base having a smooth geometry, as well as a removable cap, also with a smooth geometry, which is able to deliver increased efficiency in the food heating process, thus reducing preparation time thereof and facilitating the cleaning of said burner by the user. Thus, a set of base and spreading cap of a stove burner (1) is described, the base (200) being able to support the cap (4) in a fitting cavity (5), the cap (4) being provided with primary gantries (15) and secondary gantries (25) both flame guiders located in the outmost periphery (300) of the cap (4), the primary gantries (15) and secondary gantries (25) being radially projected from the base center (200).
