Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for intelligent recommendations for dynamic policies used in real-time transactions. An expense management service may be provided by a networked service provider, where the service provider's system may be integrated into a payment network so that the service provider may provide expense policy management for organizations. The service provider may establish user groups and expense policies, and associations between the two for the organization, as well as allow the organization to designate payment networks. The service provider may then exchange bank and accounting data with an organization, onboard the organization's employees, and receive payment network data between acquiring and issuing banks to control authorizations and expense managements with the issuing bank. The service provider may then approve or deny transaction based on variable class designations and expense policies.
