Patent number: 9814358Abstract: An aromatic misting system for use with a bathtub comprises a reservoir having an open top end in which a removable cover structure is disposed. The cover structure has an orifice through which an aromatic mist is discharged. A liquid atomizing piezoelectric element is sealingly secured at a bottom end of the reservoir. The cover structure has a switch actuator when disposed at one position. When the cover is positioned at a second closed position, the reservoir is closed and the switch is not actuated. When there is hot water in the bathtub, the aromatic mist created in the reservoir is drawn out by the hot air generated by hot water placed in the bathtub adjacent the cover orifice, thus creating a temperature differential between the hot air and the cooler mist generated in the reservoir wherein the mist is drawn out by the temperature differential and propagates into a misty cloud over the bathtub.Type: GrantFiled: May 22, 2015Date of Patent: November 14, 2017Assignee: GESTION ULTRA INTERNATIONALE INC.Inventor: Henry Brunelle

Patent number: 9523185Abstract: A fixture concealing module for a stand-alone bathtub is comprised of an enclosure extending upwardly from a support floor and surrounding plumbing conduits extending through the support floor for the supply of domestic cold and hot water. The enclosure has an access opening for access to an interior thereof. A removable closure member is removably secured to the access opening. At least one faucet control is secured in an upper region of the module and accessible to a bather person positioned in the bathtub. A water channelling element projects from the upper region of the module and is in communication with a faucet outlet conduit secured downstream of a valve controlled by the faucet control to direct a flow of water into the bathtub from a top side of the bathtub.Type: GrantFiled: November 29, 2012Date of Patent: December 20, 2016Assignee: GESTION ULTRA INTERNATIONALE INC.Inventors: Henry Brunelle, Louis Gendreau

Patent number: 9326326Abstract: A comfort bathtub has at least one heated wall portion which is comprised by a composite pliable heat generating envelope integrated with the wall portion. The heat generating envelope has a heated mesh sandwiched between a pair of protection film sheets bonded together about the heated mesh to isolate the heated mesh from molded material of the bathtub. The composite pliable envelope has electrical connections secured to a power supply. A temperature sensor is in communication with the envelope for sensing the temperature thereof. A voltage regulator controls the power supply through a control circuit to regulate the heat generated by the heated mesh. The composite pliable envelope is configured to heat a discrete wall portion of the bathtub to provide a discrete external heated surface of the bathtub.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2011Date of Patent: April 26, 2016Assignee: GESTION ULTRA INTERNATIONALE iNCInventors: Henry Brunelle, Louis Gendreau, Danny Grenier, Guy Baillargeon, Dave Thomas

Patent number: 8984678Abstract: An air injection system for a hydro-massaging bath is described. An air convecting conduit is in communication with a plurality of injecting orifices formed in a peripheral wall of the bath. An air blower injects air under pressure in an entry opening of the air convecting conduit. A water spray injector is located downstream of the entry opening and upstream of the air injecting orifices to inject a spray of a predetermined volume of water in the injected air under pressure. A water supply conduit is connected to the water spray injector and has a flow regulating valve to regulate the volume of water spray injected in the heated air to saturate the air with water. A shut-off valve is provided in the water supply conduit, and a heater is disposed in the air convecting conduit downstream of the water spray injector and upstream of the air injecting orifices wherein heated, humidified air injected in the water contained within the bathtub does not produce a cool sensation on the body of a user person.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2011Date of Patent: March 24, 2015Assignee: Geston Ultra International Inc.Inventors: Henry Brunelle, Louis Gendreau, Danny Grenier, Guy Baillargeon
