Abstract: A method and computer program product for allowing one or more clients to define a real estate listing for each of a plurality of available properties, thus defining a plurality of available real estate listings. Each of the plurality of available real estate listings includes one or more data items. A user is allowed to define one or more real estate preferences. At least one compatible real estate listing is identified for the user based upon the one or more real estate preferences. The at least one compatible real estate listing is chosen from the plurality of available real estate listings. Review is effectuated, on a handheld electronic device of the user, of at least a portion of the one or more data items of the at least one compatible real estate listing.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are injectors and methods for use thereof. In one embodiment the injector comprises: an inner tip, a slurry tip disposed around the inner tip forming a second flow channel, and a wear insert disposed within the slurry tip and in contact with the second flow channel. The inner tip comprises a first flow channel attached to a first supply conduit that can supply a first media to the first flow channel. Attached to the slurry tip is a second supply conduit, which can supply a second media to the second flow channel. The wear insert comprises a metal oxide.

Abstract: The current invention is an empirical optimization method based on statistical modeling relating NGL plant process variables with the refrigeration system's electricity usage. The method identifies the key process control variables in an NGL plant to be optimized. This method is applicable to an NGL plant that uses dual refrigeration systems.

Abstract: Microparticles having a metal-containing core encapsulated in a graphitic shell containing hetero atoms are made by forming, in a liquid medium, colloidal particles containing a metal-oxo species of Fe, Co, Ni and Pd, colloidally stabilized by a surfactant and containing source material of carbon and the hetero atoms. These particles are pyrolyzed in inert gas to yield the microparticles. In an alternative method, silica gel coated particles are formed by colloidally stabilizing particles containing metal species and forming silica at the boundary of the stabilized particle.

Abstract: Oleaginous ointment compositions for topical antibacterial treatment containing about 0.5 to about 1.5% yellow mercuric oxide by weight and additionally containing organic acids selected from the group consisting of alkanoic acids of formula CH.sub.3 (CH.sub.2).sub.n COOH, wherein n is an integer from 4 to 22, and arylalkanoic acids of formula C.sub.6 H.sub.5 (CH.sub.2).sub.n COOH, wherein n is an integer from 0 to 17, to increase the color stability of the compositions. A method of making the novel stabilized ointment compositions is also disclosed.
