Abstract: A low back stretching exercise apparatus which positions the user's knees into a zero to eighty-nine degree angle facing over their head thereby assuring the creation of a safe and gentle longitudinal-convex stretching of the muscles of the human low back. This specific longitudinal-convex stretching action improves low back strength and flexibility and helps to relieve muscle discomfort cause by abnormal stresses on the low back muscles. The unit is height adjusted using the Upright supports (12) & (16) and Tilt brackets (24). The person lies supine between the Stabilizer extensions (20) and places their calves on top of the Deck (10). The angle is adjusted by coupling the Connecting rods (14) with the Angle control bars (22).
