  • Patent number: 11967001
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a video of a user-defined virtual reality scene are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain a scene definition; obtain camera information for multiple virtual cameras to be used in generating a two-dimensional presentation of the virtual reality scene; execute a simulation of the virtual reality scene from the scene definition for at least a portion of the scene duration; obtain camera timing instructions specifying which of the virtual cameras should be used to generate the two-dimensional presentation of the virtual reality scene as a function of progress through the scene duration; generate the two-dimensional presentation of the virtual reality scene in accordance with the camera timing instructions and the camera information.

  • Patent number: 11943694
Abstract: A disclosed apparatus obtains emergency data for multiple device types from a plurality of emergency data sources and provides a jurisdictional map view to a plurality of emergency network entities, where each emergency network entity corresponds to a given geographic boundary. The jurisdictional map view corresponds to a respective emergency network entity's geographic boundary. The apparatus determines portions of the emergency data corresponding to emergencies occurring within each respective emergency network entity geographic boundary, and provides location indicators within each respective jurisdictional map view, with each location indicator corresponding to an emergency.

  • Patent number: 10260012
Abstract: In a process for reducing the level of benzene in a refinery gasoline feed containing benzene and at least one C4+ olefin, the feed is contacted with a first alkylation catalyst under conditions effective to react at least part of the C4+ olefin and benzene in the refinery gasoline feed and produce a first effluent containing C10+ hydrocarbons. At least part of the C10+ hydrocarbons is removed from the first effluent to produce a second effluent, which is then contacted with an alkylating agent selected from one or more C2 to C5 olefins in the presence of a second alkylation catalyst to produce a third effluent which has reduced benzene content as compared with the second effluent.

  • Publication number: 20110201858
Abstract: In a process for producing cumene from acetone and benzene, a feed stream comprising acetone is contacted with hydrogen in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst in a first reaction zone under hydrogenation conditions sufficient to convert at least part of the acetone to isopropanol and produce a first liquid effluent stream rich in isopropanol and a first vapor stream rich in unreacted hydrogen. Benzene is then added to at least part of the first liquid effluent stream, without intermediate purification of the first liquid effluent stream, and optionally to at least part of the first vapor stream, to form a second feed stream.

  • Publication number: 20110178342
Abstract: A process is described for producing cumene comprising contacting a feed stream comprising benzene and a further feed stream comprising isopropanol or a mixture of isopropanol and propylene in the presence of an alkylation catalyst comprising at least a molecular sieve of the MCM-22 family in an alkylation zone under alkylation conditions of at least partial liquid phase and with a water concentration in the liquid phase of at least 50 ppm to react at least part of said isopropanol and benzene to produce an effluent stream containing cumene.

  • Patent number: 7449420
Abstract: Improved processes are provided for the production of alkyl aromatic compounds using zeolite catalyst(s) and for periodic reactivation in situ of zeolite catalyst(s) that have at least in part become deactivated. Processes according to this invention are typically carried out in a reaction section loaded with catalyst(s) wherein a desired alkyl aromatic compound is produced from feed aromatic and olefin compounds followed by a separation section in which the desired product is isolated and recovered. Alkylation, transalkylation, and/or isomerization reactions that occur in the reaction section are carried out in liquid phase or partial liquid phase over the said zeolite catalyst(s).
