Abstract: An angularly adjustable mounting device is disclosed for use with a small electronic device such as a wireless camera. Also disclosed is a method of using the mounting device. The mounting device has an attachment device extending from a rotatable bearing. The bearing is angularly rotatable with a socket formed by an expandable bearing holder that may include spaced apart arms extending outwardly from a mounting plate. Rotation of an outer housing around the arms engages an inclined ramp thereby deflecting the arms inwardly and into frictional contact bearing to inhibit movement of the camera relative to a base. The outer housing is configured to rotate in an opposing direction to allow the electronic device to be repositioned.

Abstract: Stackable trays and methods for stacking the trays are disclosed. A stackable tray has two side walls, each wall having a top channel along its top edge and a bottom channel along its bottom edge, each channel having an inner and an outer channel wall, where the width of two adjacent top channel outer channel walls is less than the width of the bottom channel, whereby two such top channel walls may slide into a bottom channel of a stackable tray of like kind, and where the width of two adjacent bottom channel outer channel walls is less than the width of the top channel, whereby two such bottom channel walls may slide into a top channel of a stackable tray of like kind.

Abstract: A data storage module and enclosure system generally comprising a data storage module enclosure and a plurality of data storage modules. The module enclosure includes top and bottom guide plates that define a plurality of data storage module bay slots. Normally, the top guide plate includes a plurality of compliant tabs that are adapted to engage the data storage modules when fully inserted, and a lock rail that is used secure the module in place within its bay slot. The data storage modules each include a data storage device, such as a disk drive, and a module carrier. The module carrier includes a canister having an open configuration. Normally mounted to the front side of the canister is a bezel which is contoured to fit the user's hand and which includes a finger cavity that facilitates carrying of the module.

Abstract: A pallet system for supporting a load of at least one tray having side supports includes a pallet, having at least one pair of raised parallel guide rails on its top surface, each pair of guide rails configured to be straddled by side supports of a tray. The pallet may be loaded by sliding trays onto the pallet, and lateral movement of a tray loaded onto the pallet is limited by the pair of guide rails that it straddles.

Abstract: An equipment enclosure rack support rail system comprising an elongated support rail including an elongated side portion adapted to mount directly to the rack and an elongated base portion adapted to directly support an equipment component, and further comprising a low profile tie-down clamp that is securely mountable to the support rail to secure the equipment component supported by the support rail. The support rail of the system is further provided with a pair of upper alignment tabs and a pair of lower alignment tabs that extend rearwardly from the side portion of the support rail. One upper alignment tab and one lower alignment tab are positioned at each end of the support rail, and are vertically spaced a fraction of an EIA-U from each other such that the lower alignment tabs can be used to mount the rail in a whole EIA-U position and the upper alignment tabs can be used to mount the rail and equipment component in a fractional EIA-U position.

Abstract: A pair of side walls for supporting a tray in a stacked configuration and a stackable tray having a tray bottom and two such side walls joined to the tray bottom at opposite sides, each side wall having a channel along its top edge and a channel along its bottom edge and so configured that when two side walls of two such trays and their bottom edges are placed parallel and adjacent to each other, a portion of each such bottom edge can be received in a channel in a top edge of a side wall of a third tray of the invention. In the preferred embodiments shown, the tray bottom has egg holding cells. The trays can be stacked and unstacked by sliding trays at the top of a stack. The side walls have openings and supporting ribs providing support for weight carried by the side walls. The side walls are joined to be substantially parallel when the tray is loaded. The tray bottom is joined to the side walls with fillets that minimize the flexural deflection between tray bottom and side walls.
