    Abstract: The present application describes stapled peptide degron chimeras, which act as protein degradation inducing moieties, either by combining a stapled peptide that binds a disease-related protein with a small molecule degron, such as a cereblon- or VHL-binding small molecule as the degron, or a polypeptide sequence degron, such as a Cop1-binding Trib peptide as the degron; or by combining a stapled peptide degron with a peptide, such as a stapled peptide, or a small molecule that binds a disease-related protein. The present application also relates to methods for the targeted degradation of endogenous proteins through the use of stapled peptide degron chimeras which can be utilized in the treatment of proliferative disorders or other conditions whereby elimination of a disease-causing or disease-related protein would have a therapeutic benefit. The present application also provides methods for making compounds of the application and intermediates thereof.

An emulator utilizes this binary emulation metadata during emulation of a resulting executable image at a processor implementing the second ISA. When the emulator encounters a machine code instruction in the image that performs a memory operation, it identifies an instruction memory address corresponding to the instruction. The emulator determines whether the binary emulation metadata identifies the instruction memory address as being associated with a memory ordering constraint.

    Abstract: A tethered airborne electrical power generation system which may utilize a strutted frame structure with airfoils built into the frame to keep wind turbine driven generators which are within the structure airborne. The primary rotors utilize the prevailing wind to generate rotational velocity. Electrical power generated is returned to ground using a tether that is also adapted to fasten the flying system to the ground. The flying system is adapted to be able to use electrical energy to provide power to the primary turbines which are used as motors to raise the system from the ground, or mounting support, into the air. The system may then be raised into a prevailing wind and use airfoils in the system to provide lift while the system is tethered to the ground. The motors may then resume operation as turbines for electrical power generation. The system may be somewhat planar in that many turbines may have their rotors substantially in one or more planes or planar regions.

    Abstract: An anti-icing assembly for an airfoil such as an aircraft wing or slat comprises: (a) an airfoil having an exterior surface and interior wall defining an interior cavity, and bottom, middle and side portions all adjacent to the interior cavity; (b) an inlet plenum integral to the airfoil, wherein the inlet plenum comprises (i) an inlet baffle capable of directing hot gases into the airfoil interior cavity and (ii) a throat section interfacing the inlet plenum and airfoil interior cavity; and (c) an outlet plenum integral to the airfoil, wherein the outlet plenum comprises an outlet baffle capable of directing hot gases from the airfoil interior cavity. The airfoil anti-icing method of this invention comprises providing hot gases such as jet engine bleed air to the airfoil assembly of this invention, swirling the hot gases within the airfoil interior cavity, and discharging the hot gases from the airfoil interior cavity through the airfoil outlet end.

The angular section further has a leg support surface configured to receive the patient's upper legs when the patient is in the generally kneeling prone position. The torso and leg support surfaces of the angular section of the tabletop have a permanently fixed angular orientation relative to each other and face upward in directions that diverge from each other. This configuration of the angular section enables the tabletop to impart an especially accessible orientation to the patient's lumbar vertebrae.
