A portion of the body at least partially surrounds the tube port and defines an interior space containing at least a portion of the tube port. The tube port is sized and shaped for being received in an end of the flexible tube to establish fluid communication with the flexible tube. A tube retainer is at least partially disposed in the interior space defined by the portion of the body and has an engaging portion disposed in relation to the tube port to restrain the flexible tube from lateral movement with respect to the tube port.
