  • Patent number: 9186490
Abstract: A skin treatment device includes a handle and a tip, having a skin applying surface, detachably coupled to the handle. A fluid delivery structure is formed at skin applying surface and has an aperture and a vacuum entry port. A fluid detouring path is defined between the aperture and the vacuum entry port for prolonging a traveling path of fluid from the aperture and the vacuum entry port. An abrading structure, an electrode structure, and a micro-needling structure are selectively provided at the skin applying surface with the fluid delivery structure to provide multiple functions of the tip.

  • Patent number: 9044582
Abstract: An apparatus for transdermal fluid delivery includes a handle and a tip, having a skin applying surface, being driven to move by a driving unit. A fluid delivery structure has an aperture formed at the skin applying surface and a vacuum entry port. An abrading structure, an electrode structure, and a micro-needling structure are selectively provided at the skin applying surface with the fluid delivery structure to provide multiple functions of the tip. A flow of fluid is delivered onto the skin applying surface through the fluid delivery structure to interact with the abrading elements and the electrodes before the fluid is returned and collected, so that three different skin treatments of abrasive peeling, electrical stimulation, and liquid infusion are achieved in one single structure for improving a skin structure.

  • Patent number: 6022327
Abstract: The present invention provides a facial steamer machine with detachable function units, in which all kinds of skin care appliance are independently constructed into a plurality of function units which are adapted to incorporate with the facial steamer machine, so that the user may selectively combine several function units to detachably connect and equip with the facial steamer machine to form a single skin care system. The facial steamer machine of the present invention can also reduce the overall manufacturing cost by utilizing some common components such as the movable stand and the power wiring arrangement. Therefore, the present invention occupies less storage space and operating space. Moreover, it is easier to maintain too.

  • Patent number: 5970533
Abstract: A bendable steamer arm for facial steamer includes a tubular rear-arm having a front end and a rear end rotatably mounted on a steamer machine, a fore-arm having a connecting end and a steam spreading opening provided thereon, a connector joint adapted for connecting the front end of the rear-arm with the connecting end of the fore-arm in a bendable manner, and a bendable steam tube extending from the steamer machine to the fore-arm and passing through the connector joint for transmitting steam generated by the steamer machine to the steam spreading opening of the fore-arm of the steamer arm. Therefore, the bendable steamer arm enables a fore-arm of the steamer arm to bend left and right with respect to a rear-arm of the steamer arm, so as to enable the cosmetician to rapidly adjust the operation angle of the steamer arm and easily aim the steam outlet provided on the fore-arm at the affected part of the patient.

  • Patent number: 5904379
Abstract: A rotation joint which is adapted for connecting a steamer arm to a facial steamer machine includes a clamping mount affixed to the facial steamer machine, an arm head which is affixed to the steamer arm having a head sleeve rotatably mounted in the clamping mount, a stopper device for limiting the rotation angle of the steamer arm, and a locking means for fastening the steamer arm to a desired inclined angle. The rotation joint limits the adjustable rotation angle of the facial steamer arm to less than 180 degree, so that the steamer arm is blocked to avoid positioning horizontally. In other words, in all situation during operation, the steamer arm extends upwards to prevent any hot water from dropping down to the patient body. Besides, the rotation joint also enables the steamer arm to be adjusted to a hang down position so as to save the storage space when it is not in use.
