Also provided are methods of treating Kawasaki Disease subjects with IVIG resistance, by administering a first dose of IVIG and an adjunctive therapy.

    Abstract: A drawer releasing device for a cabinet having a drawer compartment includes a docking frame and a locking arrangement. The docking frame includes a mounting base and a slider platform slidably and inclinedly mounted on the mounting base to slide between a slide-in storage position that the slider platform is disposed within the drawer compartment and a slide-out accessing position that the slider platform is slid out of the drawer compartment. The locking arrangement includes a locking unit and an actuation unit positioned out of the drawer compartment via an actuating cable, in such a manner that when the actuator is operated to release an engagement of the locking unit through the actuating cable, the slider platform is automatically sliding out of the drawer compartment in a hand-free manner.

    Abstract: A protector device for a golf club includes a rigid tube adapted to house the shaft portion of the club, and a fabric cover adapted to enclose the hitting head of the golf club. The flexible fabric cover includes a flanged panel adapted to underlie the toe area of the club, and a flanged hood adapted to overlie the sole area of the club. The hood flange telescopes over the panel flange to prevent rain water from entering the cover interior space. Access to the cover is achieved by swinging the hood away from the flanged panel.
