Abstract: A method and system for facilitating employee evaluations and generating written evaluation reports provides a software application that furnishes a graphical user interface (GUI) for the user, who is typically an administrative reviewer. The software application provides personalized desktop portalling for the reviewer, as well as rubrics and templates for establish evaluation criteria for various positions and job descriptions. It also provides data gathering forms in checklist format, and windows for comments, and are user-modifiable. Report assembly modules generate an evaluation report that includes declarative statements corresponding to the checklist entries as well as seamless inclusion of evaluator comments.
