  • Publication number: 20240152514
Abstract: The techniques disclosed herein enhance the efficiency and functionality of directory systems. This is accomplished by augmenting a primary table with an extended table for storing properties of an associated entity (e.g., a user, a company). A table serves to organize directory data and comprises rows and columns. Each row of the primary table stores an entity with each column storing an associated property. In contrast, the primary table is configured with an extended table in which each row of the extended table stores a property for an associated entity while each column stores additional information for the property such as timestamps and metadata. Storing specific properties in the extended table eliminates empty spaces in the primary table thereby reducing the volume of stored data. Moreover, by including additional data for properties, the extended table enables property-specific features such as search, synchronization, extensibility, and lifecycle management.

  • Publication number: 20220374994
Abstract: A system for electronically automating risk selection, rating, disaggregation, and assignment is provided. The system includes Quoting System interface software that generates graphical user interfaces that are output to a display screen of an end user computing device and that accept data relating to a risk subject to be analyzed and assigned. The risk subject data is used by a Triton software engine that interfaces with supplemental risk subject data application programming interfaces (API) to secure supplemental risk subject data relevant to analyzing and assigning the risk subject. The Triton software engine performs a risk selection analysis, a risk rating analysis, a disaggregation analysis, and a capacity analysis to quantify the risk presented by the risk subject and to determine a set of qualified facilities capable of accepting assignment of the risk subject. The Triton software engine evenly assigns the risk subjects to facilities using a market assignment process.

  • Patent number: 11182449
Abstract: A method of and system for re-associating location mappings of two uniform resource identifier named objects may include receiving a request over a network to switch a source site associated with a first URI with a target site associated with a second URI such that content of the target site can be accessed via the first URI, renaming the target site to associate the target site with the first URI, changing a lookup data associated with the first URI from the source site to the target site, and renaming the source site to associate the source site with a third URI.

  • Publication number: 20070012498
Abstract: A tractor has a frame defined by two side rails extending longitudinally carried on ground wheels with a cab on the frame at one end and an engine compartment at the other end. The cab has doors on each side and there are provided two operator platforms each attached to the frame at a respective side with suitable ladder, guard rails and surface by which the operator can climb to the cab. Each operator platform is mounted for movement longitudinally of the frame on levers allowing movement along the side of the frame from the cab entry position to an engine service position. The platform can cover operator serviceable parts which in the cab position which are exposed when the platform is moved to the engine service position.

  • Publication number: 20050115746
Abstract: A hydrostatic agricultural tractor has front ground wheels mounted on the frame at fixed angles parallel to each other and parallel to a center line of the frame and rear ground wheels mounted on a respective castor, with each of the front ground wheels being driven by a respective drive motor which allows variable speed in both the first and second directions such that steering of the tractor is effected by a differential in speed between the front wheels with the rear wheels following the steering in a castoring action. A pair of damper cylinders is provided each connected between a bracket on a rear axle of the frame and a lever in the castor plane of the castor so as to provide a damping force tending to restrict rotation of the respective second wheel about the respective vertical pivot axis with the damping force at a maximum value when the rear wheels are parallel to the center line in either the forward or reverse directions.
