Patent number: 9546000Abstract: A fixing structure for fixing a seat of a vehicle includes a fixing member which includes a locking section, a buffering section and a restricting section. The locking and restricting sections are provided with a thread for meshing with the thread of the locking passage, and the buffering section has no thread. The fixing seat includes a locking passage and a restricting space connected to the locking passage. The locking member is inserted through the cover and screwed into the fixing seat. When vibrations occur, the locking member will be unscrewed from the locking passage. However, in order to prevent the locking member from fully disengaging from the fixing seat, the buffering section is retained in the restricting space to prevent the thread of the restricting section from meshing with the thread of the locking passage, which prevents disengagement of the locking member in a vibrating condition.Type: GrantFiled: February 26, 2015Date of Patent: January 17, 2017Assignee: Super Alloy Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Henry Shih, Wen-Ping Tsai, Chin-Chuan Liang

Patent number: 8905470Abstract: A seat unit includes a seat and a dining board is slidably and pivotably connected to the back of the backrest of the seat. A display device such as a flat-board computer, a table PC, or an In-Flight Entertainment device, is connected to the bottom face of the dining board. The dining board is connected with two links which are pivotably connected to the legs of the backrest so that the dining board is pivoted and positioned horizontally. The dining board has operation members on two sides thereof so as to be slidably engaged with grooves in the reception member on the backrest. The dining board can be slid and stored in the reception member and the passenger behind the backrest can operate and enjoy the In-Flight Entertainment device.Type: GrantFiled: October 16, 2012Date of Patent: December 9, 2014Assignee: Super Alloy Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Henry Shih, Wen-Ping Tsai, Chang-Hsien Lee

Publication number: 20140261909Abstract: A high-strength aluminum-magnesium silicon alloy and its manufacturing process which includes a composition adjusting step to add vanadium (V) and zirconium (Zr) in an aluminum-magnesium silicon alloy to refine grains of the alloy; a material casting step, a material preheating step, a hot forging step and a heat treatment step to melt magnesium and silicon atoms into an aluminum base to cause a lattice distortion and achieve a strengthening effect and precipitate Mg2Si from the grains of the alloy, and the precipitated particles act as obstacles to dislocation movement. Therefore, the alloy product has a yield strength improved by 31%, the ultimate strength by 39%, the hardness by 34%, and the fatigue strength by 55%. Therefore, the alloy product can be used in components with a high strength requirement such as the aluminum alloy wheels and the control arms of a car suspension system.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 18, 2013Publication date: September 18, 2014Applicant: SUPER ALLOY INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.Inventors: Henry SHIH, Chuan Chao TSENG, Cheng Chia CHANG

Patent number: 7157720Abstract: A charged particle device is provided comprising a charged particle source configured to direct charged particles in the direction of a specimen under examination and an imaging device configured to convert charged particles to an image representing the specimen. The imaging device comprises a detector defining a pixel array. The detector is configured to generate electric charges for individual pixels of the pixel array such that the electric charges collectively define the image. The imaging device is configured such that a portion of the pixel array can be transitioned between a partially masked state and a substantially unmasked state.Type: GrantFiled: June 28, 2004Date of Patent: January 2, 2007Assignee: Ropintassco Holdings, L.P.Inventors: Henry Shih-Ming Chao, Colin Geoffrey Trevor, Paul Edward Mooney, Bernd Kraus
