  • Patent number: 12369028
Abstract: A method for personal identification number (PIN) unlock in automated wireless communication device testing is disclosed. The method comprises initially pairing a wireless communication device undergoing automated testing with a Bluetooth-enabled microprocessor using a media access control (MAC) address and loading, by a host computer, an image file into the Bluetooth-enabled microprocessor. The method also comprises pairing the wireless communication device with the Bluetooth-enabled microprocessor based on the MAC address in response to the wireless communication device requiring the PIN and broadcasting, by the Bluetooth-enabled microprocessor, the PIN until the PIN is received by the wireless communication device. The wireless communication device is unlocked using the PIN and undergoes at least some of the automated testing after being unlocked.

  • Patent number: 12361217
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods to extract customized keywords and their corresponding values occurring in a given natural language text. The desired keyword or keywords may occur in different forms, synonyms, abbreviations, and spellings. The disclosed automatic extraction method captures the meaning and context of the desired keywords by transforming the extraction problem into a question answering problem together with capturing the context to narrow down the answer to a unique value for a given keyword. A trained model on an existing corpus of text is used to get a value as an answer to the question phrased using the keyword. When the answer is ambiguous, a context model that uses conditional random field (CRF) is used to provide a most likely value.

  • Patent number: 12287835
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for automatically extracting keys and corresponding values in any type of source document. Extracting desired words from the tokens in any type of document is based on a uniform approach to represent the source document. This uniform representation encodes features of the desired tokens along with the neighborhood information so that values associated with a given key can be extracted. The disclosed technique learns the representation of tokens independent of source document type and the learned representation is then used to determine relationships between multiple tokens. The neighborhood information and position information are used to determine various relationships between keys and values.

  • Publication number: 20250104017
Abstract: This disclosure describes visual interfaces as well as underlying methods and systems for bringing generative customer experience automation to the enterprises and their end-users. A visual workflow builder is part of a micro-engagement system that allows for creation of workflows without writing any code. The micro-engagement platform is enhanced to support an environment where the content of the micro-engagement can be generated, presented and selected by an enterprise persona and launched to the end-users. The generated content is more dialog-friendly and is based on a set of parameters around specific workflows and prior practices as learned by Large Language Models or other relatively smaller but more domain-specific fine-tuned language models. End-users can also input their descriptions through which apt workflows can be dynamically generated at runtime, thereby personalizing the end-user's engagement experience further.

  • Publication number: 20250036851
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for automatically extracting relevant information from various source document that include tabular data. The tabular data in various forms can be received as mixed with other dissimilar data. Tabular data can appear in different orientations, document types, and can be fragmented horizontally or vertically. The proposed technique automatically detects table header data in certain regions of the received source document and associates values to the extracted headers. The proposed system is capable of combining different snippets of smaller tables into a single cohesive and monolithic table with headers designated by a set of keywords and all the values in the various columns (and/or rows) included under or along proper headers.

  • Publication number: 20240013563
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method to extract information from unstructured image documents. The extraction technique is content-driven and not dependent on the layout of a particular image document type. The disclosed method breaks down an image document into smaller images using the text cluster detection algorithm. The smaller images are converted into text samples using optical character recognition (OCR). Each of the text samples is fed to a trained machine learning model. The model classifies each text sample into one of a plurality of pre-determined field types. The desired value extraction problem may be converted into a question-answering problem using a pre-trained model. A fixed question is formed on the basis of the classified field type. The output of the question-answering model may be passed through a rule-based post-processing step to obtain the final answer.

  • Patent number: 11738880
Abstract: An air-to-air coupling 13 (e.g. for receiving a probe in probe-and-drogue refuelling) comprises retaining members 19, 27 for interacting with a further member (e.g. a refuelling probe) to hold the further member in place. An active drive system 39, 21 may drive the holding members and may thereby also actively drive the further member into place. Alternatively the active drive 39, 21 may drive another member such as a locking member 31 to hold the retaining members 19, 27 in position once the further member is in place. The active drive releases the retaining members 19, 27 or moves them out of position to allow the further member to be removed. This allows the further member to be inserted and removed with a lower force than is used to hold it in place. The coupling may also be used for in-air recovery of an unmanned aircraft.

  • Publication number: 20230029933
Abstract: A cleaner head for a vacuum cleaner includes an optical system located towards one side of the cleaner head. The optical system includes a light source and at least one light shaping component for receiving light emitted from the light source and directing the light towards a planar work surface on which the cleaner head is disposed to illuminate debris located upon a region of the work surface. This region upon which debris is illuminated is in the shape of a sector. A central axis of the sector is aligned at an angle in the range from 35 to 65° to a front edge of the cleaner head, and one of the radii bounding the sector is aligned at an acute angle of less than 20° to the front edge of the cleaner head.
