    Abstract: The present invention relates to a stop-gate apparatus which is used as a means of opening and enclosing a hollow container or conduit carrier. The apparatus is comprised of a coupling body and an enclosure plate. The coupling body is affixed at one end to the hollow container or conduit carrier. At the opposite end of the coupling body, there are two (2) cut-outs which allow the insertion, retention and retraction of the enclosure plate.
