The first flat laminated busbar is conductively coupled to a second flat laminated busbar extending in a plane that is orthogonal to the first direction. The second flat laminated busbar is conductively coupled with a power source of direct current. The phase module assembly also includes one or more switches conductively coupled with internal terminal connectors of the first flat laminated busbar and configured to convert the direct current into one phase of a multi-phase alternating current, and to output the phase to the load. The phase module assembly also includes one or more capacitors mechanically mounted on and conductively coupled with the second flat laminated busbar.

    Abstract: Cooling control systems described herein detect decreased operation of a cooling system of a vehicle, restrict movement of the vehicle without stopping movement responsive to decreased operation of the cooling system, and restrict movement of the vehicle by preventing the vehicle from traveling at a speed and/or power output for a non-zero designated period of time. This can allow for the vehicle to continue moving for a temporary period of time to avoid blocking traffic. Other control systems determine predicted distances and/or times that the vehicle can continue moving before coolant in the cooling system decreases below a designated threshold. Movement of the vehicle can be changed responsive to an upcoming distance and/or time that the vehicle is to travel exceeding the predicted distance and/or time. Other control systems modify a coolant flow rate based on differences between designated and ambient conditions.

As the module approaches the back wall, a first lifting element engages the module at an angled contact interface to lift the module off the support platform responsive to additional movement of the module towards the back wall. When the module is fully loaded, the module is supported by the back wall, the first lifting element, and/or the first guide rod, and is spaced apart from the support platform by a gap.

The controller may determine an intermediate gate voltage based at least in part on the system parameters and may modify the gate-drive unit configuration to apply the appropriate intermediate gate voltage to the gate terminal. The controller may additionally modify the gate-drive unit configuration to apply a turn-off voltage at the gate terminal subsequent to the application of the intermediate gate voltage.
