Abstract: The invention relates to biomarkers for neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease or Motor Neurone disease. The invention especially relates to a novel quantitative predictive biomarker for cognitive decline, and in particular the rate of cognitive decline that a subject will suffer, for example as a result of developing a neurode-generative disorder.
