    Abstract: A tape cleaner is proposed. In the tape cleaner, the structure of the cleaner is simple, weight and volume thereof are minimized, the generation of noise is reduced during use, and the process of replacing an adhesive tape roll is performed rapidly and easily. The tape cleaner includes: an adhesive tape roll on which an adhesive tape is wound; a roll fitting part over which the adhesive tape roll is fitted; a handle part provided at a side of the roll fitting part; a roll-rotation guide part provided on the roll fitting part to guide rotational movement of the adhesive tape roll; and a noise reduction part provided in the roll fitting part to discharge and reduce noise generated during the rotational movement of the adhesive tape roll.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a synthetic resin scouring pad includes hot extruding a polymer by thermally melting a synthetic resin, along a T die having a straight extrusion port, to form a full width film sheet; cold-curing the film sheet by impregnating and quenching the extruded full width film sheet with cooling water of a cooling bath; forming flat film filaments by passing the full width film sheet lengthwise through a cutting part in which cutting blades are arranged at a predetermined width so as to dividingly-cut the full width film sheet into a predetermined width; passing the flat film filaments in the longitudinal direction through a coiling forming part to plastic-deform the flat film filaments into coil-shaped film filaments; and inputting the coil-shaped film filaments into an annular winding part so that the film filaments are wound in an annular shape to form a synthetic resin scouring pad.

    Abstract: A sample value extraction apparatus in the DSS system and a method thereof are disclosed. The apparatus includes a decoder for decoding a data from a receiver, a sample value extraction unit for extracting a sample value using a CRC value based on the data received, and a descrambler for descrambling the data which is an output of an HEC decoder and the sample value extraction unit, thereby generating the PRBS data identical to that from the transmitter by correcting the receiver PRBS data and recovering the data from the transmitter in the receiver.
