  • Patent number: 7042443
Abstract: A SpeedWriter program of this invention that upon loaded into a PDA, cell phone, tablet PC, or other computer processor, the loads lists of words, phrases and special characters on disk or memory in the computer that we will refer to as a dictionary. To get to the word, the user must search through the dictionary. SpeedWriter uses the editing functions of the system by treating SpeedWriter input as combinations of keyboard strokes and of a pointing device. SpeedWriter can accommodate a word, phrase, and whole sections of text rather than just characters. SpeedWriter can use dictionaries of common phrases and include algorithms to constantly update a user's frequently used groups of words. that involves quickly scanning an internal dictionary and providing text or word options based upon selected alphanumeric sets, and further narrowing the sets of characters until the desired text is selected and also a family of devices with this method programmed there within.

  • Patent number: 6973432
Abstract: A process for managing the showing and usage of real estate up for sale. The process allows buyers to schedule a showing or in person viewing of real estate directly through an Internet web site. The buyer will be able to view the schedule of multiple properties in their area giving them the ability to plan their house hunting expeditions. Sellers of real estate may block out times when they do not want their property shown directly from their own computers. Agents will have complete visibility of the seller's availability time thereby increasing availability to schedule. Sellers will also be able to view when agents have scheduled a showing for their property and gain access to historical records of their property showings. Agents will be able to list properties for showings and make appointments for their clients to view other agents' properties with a click of a mouse. The central scheduling focus will be around the property.

  • Publication number: 20030179075
Abstract: A property access system that uses a computer system to generate an unlocking code that is unique for the person seeking access and/or the date and time of access, and a lock apparatus, possibly portable, that utilizes the unlocking code to provide access. The portable lock can be used in a lockbox configuration to allow access to contents inside the box, such as a mechanical key and information. In a lockbox configuration the lockbox has a doorknob shackle and a compartment that holds a key that allows the user to enter a property. The code used to access the key compartment is only good for an interval of time such as 15 minutes or a day. Each lock has a serial number, a clock, a unique encryption key, and an encryption algorithm to calculate the acceptable access codes for a specific time. The lock owner and a central facility have the same encryption algorithm and encryption key to calculate the entry code for a specific time.
