Abstract: A one-piece bottle carrier is formed from a single rectangular piece of sheet material having a length equal to the longitudinal length of the carrier, the material being scored and folded to form a bottom, two sides, a top, and an upwardly extending handle that can be lifted above the height of the bottle tops, but that can be depressed to a height equal to the bottle tops. The carrier is characterized by the lack of a central wall connecting the top to the bottom between the rows of bottles. Apertures in the top wall engage the sides of the bottles and hold the bottles at a predetermined distance.
