Abstract: Apparatuses and systems are provided for enabling a user to connect an external flash device to a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Non-conductive tips may be provided, either as an integrated component of a housing of an external flash device or via an adaptor receiving region and adaptor. The availability of different tips and/or adaptors enables the user to utilize multiple accessories (e.g., a microphone) in combination with the external flash. The non-conductive tips may be 3.5 millimeter audio jacks or Universal Serial Bus (USB) type male connectors or device/manufacturer specific connectors. The non-conductivity of the tip prevents power from being drawn from the mobile device, improving the battery life of the mobile device. Power may be provided to the external flash device from a replaceable or rechargeable battery. An adaptor configured to receive a conductive tip and provide a non-conductive tip is also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for credit dispute processing, resolution, and reporting. Credit dispute resolution requests may be received, processed, and sent to a credit bureau for submission to creditors. Status of credit dispute resolutions may be reported to consumers. If a creditor's response time is longer than its average response time or if a creditor does not respond to a credit dispute resolution request within a regulatory response period, alerts and reports may be sent to consumers to provide consumers with further options.

Abstract: A space heating unit is designed for use in a recreational vehicle and particularly to operate in conjunction with a cooking stove wherein the heating unit has a housing which is placed over a pair of burners and air flow ducts extend across the housing above the burners to draw air from the room upwardly through the ducts and across the housing in order to heat the air and discharge it into the room. The upper end of the housing communicates with an exhaust duct and has a baffle to regulate the rate of air flow through the housing.

Abstract: A spare tire locking device to secure a spare tire wheel to the floor or sides of the trunk of an automobile. The hooked portion of a long J-shaped shaft is passed under a bracket in the trunk with the straight portion passing through and extending beyond the standard bolt holes in the wheel. That portion of the shaft which extends immediately beyond the wheel has a section of larger diameter with a crosshole suitable for the passage of an ordinary padlock shackle. The padlock is protected and concealed from view by a large washer and nut at the shaft end.
