  • Patent number: 9889604
Abstract: A device for producing a three-dimensional object from hardenable material has a construction space (20) for constructing the object (50), a temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of the construction space (20), and a preparation unit (11) for preparing the hardenable material in such a way that the material is in the fluid phase. A pressure generation unit (10) applies pressure to the fluid phase in the preparation unit. A discharge unit (12) is provided for discharging the hardenable material through an outlet (12b) in the form of drops in the direction of the construction space (20). In order to optimize the energy required to control the temperature that promotes bonding of the material on the object (50), the temperature-controlled construction space (20) is surrounded by a construction space frame (18) in which at least the outlet of the discharge unit (12), the preparation unit (11), and the object support (13) for producing the object are accommodated.

  • Patent number: 9845812
Abstract: In a method for operating a hydraulic device for providing a supply to hydraulic consumers (V) on a plastics injection moulding machine, provision is made of a pump (10) with a volumetric delivery characteristic that results in cyclic pulsations and of a servomotor (11) with multiple poles that result in cyclic pulsations. The pressure at the hydraulic consumer (V) is detected and is input as an actual value into a pressure regulator (13) that readjusts the servomotor (11), on the basis of a predefined pressure profile, to a pressure setpoint value at the hydraulic consumer (V). The cyclic pressure pulsation is minimized in that, by means of a rotational angle sensor (20), the rotational angle (?) of the pump (10) and/or of the servomotor (11) is detected and correlated with the cyclic pulsations, and in that, from this, a corrective value or a corrective function is determined and is transmitted to the pressure regulator (13) with control subordinate to the regulation of the pressure setpoint value.

  • Patent number: 4909061
Abstract: The drawing tool comprises a hydraulic element for deriving from the movement of the blank holder a simultaneous, oppositely directed movement of the drawing punch. The hydraulic element comprises a centrally disposed working piston, an annular piston, which surrounds that working piston, and a cylinder, which surrounds the annular piston. The working piston and the annular piston are adapted to be supplied with pressure fluid from first and second cylinder chambers which are hydraulically separated from each other and which are adapted to communicate with each other under the control of at least two alternative flow paths, which differ in hydraulic design so that they cause pressure changes on different pressure levels to be effected in the second cylinder chamber. A pressure detector detects the pressure of the fluid in the cylinder chambers and enables an alternative flow path in response to a rise of the pressure above a predetermined limit.
