Abstract: A power tool for processing a substrate, the power tool being designed for analyzing a composition of the substrate and including at least one recorder for recording an operating parameter of the power tool. A method for analyzing a composition of a substrate that is being processed by a proposed power tool is also provided. The analysis of the composition of the substrate takes place on the basis of the at least one recorded operating parameter which is recorded with the recording means, the analysis being performed in the power tool itself and during its operation.

An input actuator is movable in relation to the base and includes a plurality of reflection bodies for deflecting the measurement beam onto the sensor. Each reflection body has an entry area for entry of the measurement beam into the reflection body, at least one reflection surface for reflecting the measurement beam, and an outlet area for outlet of the measurement beam from the reflection body.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for automatically printing a pattern of features from a plurality of hologram masks on a lithographic machine, which method includes arranging the plurality of hologram masks on first faces of a plurality of prisms such that the pattern of features recorded in each hologram mask can be printed by an exposure beam illuminating second faces of the plurality of prisms; providing an exposure position at which any of the prisms and hologram masks can be arranged such that the patterns recorded in the hologram mask can be printed; providing a prism storage and transport system in which the prisms and hologram masks not at the exposure position can be arranged and for transporting the prisms and hologram masks between any of the exposure position and prism storage positions; and providing a control system for the prism transport and storage system.

Abstract: A write-read drive arrangement for a bipolar semiconductor memory, arranged in the form of a matrix, and comprising a preliminary stage which can be driven by way of a right-end and data input, and which has two information outputs and a status output which is fed with operating state signals, and an intermediate and end stage which are connected following the preliminary stage and logically link a read-out amplifier to the bit lines of the individual storage cells and to the outputs of the preliminary stage is particularly characterized in that a circuit arrangement which connects the outputs of the preliminary stage to a first signal line and a second signal line of the end stage is provided as an intermediate stage and that each line of the storage matrix is assigned a maximum of one switching transistor which can be operated by way of the signal lines and logically links the bit lines to the inputs of the read-out amplifier.
