Abstract: The invention relates to a sound insulating element for the ceiling area of a building, in particular for rooms subject to increased humidity such as underground parking, and basement rooms, which sound insulating element consists of an insulation element (2) made from mineral fibers bound with a binding agent and having two mutually spaced large surfaces extending parallel to each other, and of a coating (5) from a hydraulically and/or chemically set mass, wherein the coating (5) is connected to the insulation element (2), whereby the coating (5) to be oriented towards the room includes an array of openings (7) forming a regular hole pattern and penetrating the coating (5) as far as to the insulation element (2). The invention moreover relates to a process for producing said sound insulating element.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing an insulating material element and an insulating material element. In order to provide a method for producing an insulating material element by which a very resistant insulating material element can be made that is able to insulate a flat building surface very effectively against heat and/or sound, the invention proposes that the insulating material element (2) be bent such that a surface segment of the first large surface forms at least one surface segment of the side surfaces running parallel to the recess in said area, and is substantially flush to the second large surface.

Abstract: A hydrometric vane has a housing, an upstream casing and a downstream casing provided in the housing, an impeller rotatably supported in the housing and axially movable between the casings. The impeller has a hub which forms an annular chamber and extends into the downstream casing to form a gap therebetween so that when a fluid flows through the gap an underpressure loading the hub is caused and compensates a hydrodynamic pressure acting on the impeller. The hub has a central part and a cylindrical casing between which the annular chamber is formed. The downstream casing has at least one opening communicating with the annular chamber so that the liquid which leaves the annular chamber can flow through the at least one opening. A closure member is arranged on the central part and movable to a closing position in which it interrupts a communication between the annular chamber and the downstream casing.
