The arrangement comprises a web tension measuring regulating device with a web tension measuring mechanism and a first web tension regulating mechanism, and at least a second web tension regulating mechanism. The web tension measuring regulating device is arranged between the second web tension regulating mechanism and the corrugated board production device.
