  • Patent number: 11957477
Abstract: An allergen delivery system with a tray and delivery set. The delivery set includes a dispensing well. The dispensing well holds a wettable material to receive an allergen and provide it to a delivery barb that has been received into the dispensing well. A conduit is connected to the dispensing well, to receive the allergen and provide it to the dispensing well. A reservoir is connected to the conduit to receive the allergen and provide it to the conduit. A cap is disposed on the reservoir, with a hole, such that when a finger depresses the cap, the finger covers the hole and the depression creates pressure within the reservoir, which motivates an amount of the allergen to flow out from the reservoir through the conduit and into the dispensing well, to be absorbed by the wettable material, where the allergen is available for delivery to the barbed delivery applicator.

  • Patent number: 11911172
Abstract: An automated allergy office system and method provides a medical professional with a new allergy treatment plan to administer to a patient. The automated allergy office system comprises a viewing device to select a test site on the patient's skin that is clear. A multiple test applicator is in cooperative engagement with a fluid tray and delivers a small amount of a first allergen to a first test site on the patient's skin as a small amount of a second allergen is delivered to a second test site on the patient's skin. The allergy condition of the patient is detected as a wheal forms at the first test site after fifteen minutes. The elements of the treatment plan are retrieved from a database for treating the patient's allergy condition. The patient's electronic medical record is checked to confirm that the allergy treatment is new for this patient.

  • Patent number: 11832998
Abstract: The kit evaluates the patient's skin for penicillin sensitivity. The kit comprises a container, a multi-site skin test system, five preloaded syringes, and a tattoo-type label that is transferable onto the patient's skin. A multi-site skin test applicator is cooperatively engageable with four reservoirs in a fluid tray. The applicator pierces the patient's skin as trace amounts of the allergy test fluids are simultaneously administered. The tattoo-type label is transferable onto the skin of the patient and includes a QR Code. The QR Code includes machine-readable linkage to artificial intelligence for assisting a doctor in interpreting patient test results. The doctor reviews the artificial intelligence analysis and decides either to accept the analysis or modify it. The doctor may also decide to verify negative results with a subcutaneous skin test. The five syringes are preloaded with saline, two syringes are preloaded with Pre-Pen, and two syringes are preloaded with Pen-G.

  • Patent number: 11834223
Abstract: A pallet assembly includes a top plate and a runner having four side surfaces. The pallet assembly includes a pallet integrated module mounted to the pallet assembly and configured to collect journey data for transmission to a cloud. The pallet assembly includes a load-force plate disposed between the top plate and the runner. The load-force plate is configured to increase load bearing capacity of the top plate while adding strength to the pallet assembly. An antenna for the pallet integrated module is integrated with the load-force plate. The pallet assembly includes multiple load blocks disposed between the load-force plate and the runner. The load blocks are symmetrically positioned such that a forklift can enter from any of the four side surfaces of the runner. The runner is disposed under the load blocks. The pallet assembly includes a coating material that protects shipment of products that require sanitary conditions.

  • Publication number: 20230218234
Abstract: The automated allergy office system and method takes a medical professional through an allergy testing process and a follow-on immunology injection process step-by-step using LED computer screen tables, computer tablets, smart phones, an internal office computer system accessing Patient medical records, and an augmenter reality headset. The augmented reality headset technology and artificial intelligence are layered onto an improved manual system to minimize false positives and negatives, to improve the patient experience patient, resulting in cost savings for the doctor and patient and enabling portions of the allergy testing to be performed remotely from the office of the allergist, either by the patient or by a trained medical technician.

  • Publication number: 20230129319
Abstract: The pallet assembly comprises a top plate, a load-force plate, a runner, and a plurality of load blocks disposed between the load force plate and the runner. The load-force plate is disposed between the top plate and the runner and increases the load bearing capacity of the top plate while adding strength to the pallet assembly. The pallet assembly includes a biocidal coating material that protects shipment of foodstuffs and other products requiring sanitary conditions, preventing the growth of mold, fungi, bacteria, and viruses. The pallet assembly includes a pallet integrated module positioned between the top plate and the runner, that collects journey data on location, temperature, humidity and shock along with store forward capability during not connected times of each journey of the pallet assembly. The load-force plate has either an X-form configuration or a cross-form configuration. In one preferred embodiment, an antenna is embedded in the cross-form configuration.
