  • Patent number: 11951418
Abstract: A removal device for removing gas bubbles and/or dirt particles from a liquid in a liquid conduit system includes a main channel for a main flow, the main channel having an entry and an exit which are configured to be connected to the conduit system; a housing which defines an inner space; at least one supply channel extending from the main channel to the inner space; at least one return channel extending from the inner space back to the main channel; and a branch flow control member positioned in the main channel. The branch flow control member being movable between a first position to branch off at least a part of the incoming main flow into the inner space via the supply channel and a second position to branch off at least a part of the incoming main flow into the inner space via the supply channel.

  • Patent number: 7842750
Abstract: The invention provides a polymer composition which contains a bound heat accumulating phase change material which is in the form of a solid or a paste. This composition is so stable and has such a solid form that it may be easily heated up to 180 (200)° C. and mechanically treated without changing the structure and the composition thereof and without losing its phase change materials. After being heated up the heat emission of this composition is steady and consequently the composition has a long radiation time. Furthermore the polymer composition is easy to produce and has due to its special properties a lot of applications.

  • Publication number: 20100183878
Abstract: The invention provides a coated particle, as well as a method for the preparation thereof and a material or object in which such a particle is applied. The particle consists of a core material and a coating layer. The core material is a homogeneous composition of a salt hydrate and an additive chemical. The salt hydrate provides to the particle its specific technical properties and the additive chemical is chemically bound to the coating layer. The composition of the coating layer is, dependent on the application, mainly determined by the applications and the raw chemicals used.

  • Patent number: 7572840
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing super-absorbent polymers, comprising providing a reaction mixture which comprises at least a first monomer and a second monomer and a radical-forming polymerization initiator, and subsequently causing the monomers to polymerize under the influence of an energy source, wherein radical formation occurs and the polymerization is started, wherein the first monomer is neutralized with an inorganic base before polymerization, in addition to the manufactured super-absorbent polymers. The invention further relates to a method for applying a coating of super-absorbent polymers to a carrier.
