    Abstract: The upper end of the chimney supports a throttling means formed by a pair of pivotally mounted parts which pivot towards each other to form a funnel. The two parts are located within an oval-shaped cover about the upper end of the chimney and are moved by means of a pulley system mounted on the chimney exterior.
