  • Publication number: 20220379341
Abstract: An apparatus for depositing organic layers on a substrate includes a gas-mixing device with one or more inlets, each for supplying a gas flow consisting of previously vaporized organic molecules that are conveyed by a carrier gas and have a molar mass greater than 300 g/mol or 400 g/mol, gas diversion elements which homogeneously mix the organic molecules in the carrier gas, and an outlet from which a homogeneous gas mixture discharges. The apparatus also comprises a conveying pipe which is connected to the outlet, and a gas inlet element that has a gas distribution volume, into which the conveying pipe leads and which has a gas outlet face that has gas outlet openings and faces a substrate holder for receiving the substrate. Furthermore, layers are deposited on the substrate using such an apparatus. The lateral homogeneity of the deposited layers is improved by one of several techniques.

  • Patent number: 8973609
Abstract: A valve assembly for regulating the pressure of a pressure medium (2) of a pressure medium pump (3) to at least one first consumer (4) includes a pilot-controlled pressure control valve (5) with a main piston (6) acted on by the pressure medium (2) and a pilot piston (7). A pressure chamber (8) between a piston back side (9) of the main piston (6) and the pilot piston (7) can be relieved. A relief valve (10) is connected in a fluid-conducting manner to the pressure chamber (8), opens when pressure at the load sensor (LS) represents an out-of-operation mode of the consumer (4), and recirculates pressure medium (2) having a low pressure to a pressure medium reservoir (11) or to the pressure medium pump (3). The relief valve (10) closes when the pressure at the load sensor (LS) represents an in-operation mode of the consumer (4).

  • Publication number: 20120199765
Abstract: The invention relates to a valve assembly for regulating the pressure of a pressure medium (2) of a pressure medium pump (3) to at least one first consumer (4), comprising a pilot-controlled pressure control valve (5), a main piston (6) acted on by the pressure medium (2), and a pilot piston (7), wherein a pressure chamber (8) between a piston back side (9) of the main piston (6) and the pilot piston (7) can be relieved, is characterized in that a relief valve (10) is connected in a fluid-conducting e manner to the pressure chamber (8), which valve opens when pressure medium pressure is present at the load sensor (LS), which represents an out-of-operation mode of the consumer (4), and recirculates pressure medium (2) having a low pressure to a pressure medium reservoir (II) or to the pressure medium pump (3), and the relief valve (10) closes, when the pressure medium pressure at the load sensor (LS) represents an in-operation mode of the consumer (4).

  • Patent number: 7841360
Abstract: A proportional pressure control valve includes a valve housing (38) with at least three fluid connections (1, 2, 3). The valve can be connected to a hydraulic drive system with a pre-determinable consumer pressure. The valve can perform reliable valve switching functions even for low-viscous fluid media, and can reduce its susceptibility to disturbance variables. A valve piston (56) actively connected to a pilot seat (5) by an energy accumulator (62) can be controlled by a control device (40). The consumer pressure on a fluid connection (1) acts on the valve piston (56) such that, according to the consumer pressure and the actuating force of the control device (40), a fluid can flow between the two other fluid connections (2 and 3) in both directions inside the valve housing (38).

  • Publication number: 20080115848
Abstract: The invention relates to a valve, especially a proportional pressure control valve, comprising a valve housing (38) provided with at least three fluid connections (1, 2, 3). The valve can be connected to a hydraulic drive system with a pre-determinable minable consumer pressure. The aim of the invention is to create a valve that can perform reliable valve switching functions even for low-viscous fluid media, and to reduce the susceptibility to disturbance variables. To this end, a valve piston (56), which is actively connected to a pilot seat (58) by means of an energy accumulator (62), can be controlled by means of a control device (40), and the consumer pressure on a fluid connection (1) acts at least on the valve piston (56) in such a way that, according to the consumer pressure and the actuating force of the control device (40), a fluid can flow between the two other fluid connections (2 and 3) in both directions inside the valve housing (38).

  • Patent number: 6786132
Abstract: A control device for hydraulically operated hoisting mechanisms used to raise and lower loads includes an electrically controllable throttle valve connected to a return line of the hoisting mechanism, and a pressure scale with at least one blocking position and one control position. The pressure scale operates in conjunction with an unblocking mechanism. When in its normal position, the pressure scale blocks the return line. The pressure scale assumes its control position in lowering of a load as a result of triggering of the unblocking mechanism. In the event of failure of the throttle valve, the pressure scale may be moved to its blocking position by the unblocking mechanism. In the event of failure of the pressure scale, the throttle valve assumes its blocking position. The load retention function is performed by two series-connected closed hydraulic actuators which can be electrically controlled individually.
