  • Publication number: 20240387124
Abstract: A contact disc of a contact element for a vacuum switch is provided, which includes predominantly of a first conductive material or composite material and has a plurality of inlets distributed over the circumference and made of a second material with a lower level of conductivity relative to the first material or composite material, which, during a switching process of the vacuum switch, bring about the formation of a magnetic field and thereby a movement of an arising arc on a predefined path and/or an extensive propagation of the arc. A production method for a contact disc of this type is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240379309
Abstract: A contact carrier of a contact element for a vacuum switch is provided, which includes predominantly of a first conductive material or composite material and has a plurality of inlets of a second material distributed over the circumference, which bring about the formation of a magnetic field and thereby a movement of an arising arc on a predefined path during a switching process of the vacuum switch, wherein the second material has a lower level of conductivity relative to the first material or composite material and is introduced into the first material during the shaping of the contact carrier basic form. A production method for a contact carrier of this type is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240331960
Abstract: A process for producing a contact element for a vacuum switch is provided. In this process, a first powder-like mixture, including particles of a first and second conductive material, or a first pre-pressed, disc-shaped green body, is introduced into a pressing die. An inner pressing stamp is introduced into the die and a second powder of the first conductive material or a second powder-like mixture including, particles of the first conductive material or a second pre-pressed green body including the first conductive material, is introduced into an intermediate space. An outer pressing stamp is introduced into the intermediate space between the die and the inner pressing stamp. Pressing pressure is exerted on the outer and inner pressing stamps, forming a contact disc of the contact element, and a region forming a contact body or contact carrier of the contact element is created.

  • Publication number: 20190039121
Abstract: The invention relates to a binder system for production of a slip, e.g., for a green casting core compact. The invention also relates to a component that has been produced by means of such a slip. The invention may be employable for relatively inexpensive production of complex metal blades in all kinds of gas turbines and propulsion turbines. According to an embodiment, the invention provides a novel binder system that combines short gel times at room temperature without solvent while retaining a high glass transition of 55 to 60° C. with shortened hardening periods.

  • Publication number: 20170077775
Abstract: An insulating tape in the form of a particle composite for an electrical insulating tape, use of such insulating tape as insulation, and the production of the insulating tape are disclosed. To produce the insulating tape, electrically insulating, platelet-shaped particles are connected by an electrically insulating binder to an electrical insulating material in the form of an at least partially porous insulating tape. The insulating tape may be windable on a conductor structure when wound under exerted tension force, namely without addition of a materially additionally impeding heat flow. A thermal conductivity which is greater relative to the prior art may help prevent heat accumulation and total failures, e.g., of main insulation.

  • Patent number: 9112152
Abstract: A method for producing a piezo actuator includes: providing a green stack including alternately successive green films and inner electrode layers; forming trenches on the outside green stack in areas in which the inner electrode layers are intended to be electrically insulated from the corresponding outer electrodes, the trenches shortening the inner electrode layers from the outside of the green stack toward the inside; filling the trenches with an electrically insulating slurry; further processing the green stack, including filling the trenches with slurry, such that the green films produce piezo electric layers and the green stack produces a piezo stack; mounting two outer electrodes on the outside of the piezo stack, such that the two outer electrodes are alternately electrically connected to the inner electrode layers. The trenches may be filled with the slurry using one of the following methods; screen printing, immersion, spraying, or vacuum infiltration.
