  • Patent number: 8905498
Abstract: A retracting device retracts a movably supported furniture part to the closed end position relative to a furniture body. The device includes a carrier, which can be detachably coupled to the movable furniture part and which is movably supported along a movement path that is linear at least in some sections, and at least one spring device for applying force to the carrier. The spring device can be tensioned by a spring retainer that is separate from the carrier, and the spring retainer is movably supported against or on the carrier. A coupling device is provided in order to couple motion between the carrier and the spring retainer. By the coupling device, the articulated attachment point of the spring device on the spring retainer falls back relative to the position of the moving carrier when the carrier is pulled out, so that the motion of the articulated attachment point of the spring device on the spring retainer is slower than the motion of the carrier.

  • Publication number: 20090232426
Abstract: The invention relates to a pull-out guide (4) for drawers (3a, 3b) comprising a first rail and at least one second rail at least one carriage (8) being arranged between said two rails (6, 7). The carriage comprises a bearing group (9b) containing load-transmitting elements (10, 10a), preferably rollers, rolling bodies and/or balls. The load-transmitting elements (10, 10a) guide the bearing group (9b) in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction. At least one additional load-transmitting element (12) is arranged on a bracket (15), at a distance from the bearing group (9b). When the second rail (7) is pulled out, the additional load-transmitting element (12) can at least partially move out over the end of the first rail (6), such that it no longer lies on the first rail (6).

  • Patent number: 5484199
Abstract: A guide rail assembly for use on each of opposite sides of a drawer includes a support rail fastenable to a furniture body, a pull-out rail fastenable to the drawer and a middle rail disposed between the support rail and the pull-out rail. The weight of the drawer is transmitted between the rails by means of track or guide rollers. Respective deflection rollers or pulleys for a control rope are disposed at front and rear ends of the middle rail. Disposed at the front end of the middle rail is an end bearer or guide member made of plastic material and having at a front end thereof a curved, downwardly directed cap for the front end of the middle rail.
