Abstract: A secure image for a security document is generated by performing a rasterization process for each of a plurality of mono-color base images using a plurality of different threshold functions. For each base image, the plurality of threshold functions cover different intensity regions and result in a complex rasterization pattern depending on the intensity of the input image. The resulting binary images obtained by the rasterization process are combined using offset printing with fluorescent inks of different colors, to result in a multi-color fluorescent output image including a plurality of different complex rasterization patterns.

Said support comprises means for disconnecting the antenna from the surrounding material so that bending stress applied to said material is not transferred to the antenna. The support may be used in different products, for example in passports.

Abstract: A method to test the authenticity of a document (1), such as an ID, a passport or a card, protected against forgery, wherein it comprises at least an inner co-laminated fabric layer (2) forming an optical watermark. This layer presents cuts, and so separated zones with fabric material and other zones without fabric material, forming well recognizable forms or pictures. Co-laminating one or a plurality of such fabric layers inside of the document body allows to create a multiple watermark having both surface relief and opacity effect, without adding any volume to the body of the document.

The sets of information which are to be read are disposed in regions beneath the microstructure. The microstructure may comprise a hologram-like sheet in which a grid-like diffraction structure is embossed by means of an embossing punch.

This has a securing body which extends upward and in its upper area possesses a multi-faced outer contour. An outlet spout can be fitted to the securing body with a multi-faced seating aperture so that it does not turn. A locking screw can be screwed through a threaded hole of the outlet spout against the securing body so that two faces of the seating aperture of the outlet spout, enclosing an angle with each other are pressed against two faces of the securing body enclosing a corresponding angle. In this way the securing body is “wedged” in the seating aperture of the outlet spout. The outlet spout sits absolutely firmly on the securing body.

The securing device comprises a securing body which is composed of a lower part and an upper part which can be pushed onto the lower part so that it cannot turn but can be adjusted for height. An adjusting bush is axially fitted in the upper part of the securing body, which however can be turned. It has in the lower area an outer thread, with which it is screwed into a threaded hole of the lower part of the securing body. By turning the adjusting bush therefore the height of the upper part can be changed in comparison to the lower part. The upper part grips over the lower part with a skirt which is divided into segments from below by axis-parallel slits and has an outer thread there.

Abstract: A covering rosette for a sanitary flush-mounted fitting exhibits a covering plate, which is capable of being fastened to the flush-mounted fitting. An ornamental hood is detachably fastened to the covering plate by a latching device. The cover plate and the ornamental hood exhibit coaxial passage openings for a region of the flush-mounted fitting. The latching device exhibits a spring section comprising at least one elastically yielding spring tongue. The latching device retains the ornamental hood in such a manner that the connection brought about by the latching device is capable of being released by a tensile force acting away from the covering plant.
