    Abstract: The pole bolt protruding through the cover aperture is surrounded by a section of shrink tubing. Adhesive is provided between bolt and tubing. A cap is placed over the bolt resting on the upper edge of the aperture, and a cast body fills the space between cap and shrink tubing.
