Abstract: The invention provides a key (10), of the type comprising a stem (14) which is retractable in relation to a case (12), in which the stem (14) comprises a lug (18), by means of which it is articulated in relation to the case (12), which comprises angular locking means (22) for locking the stem (14) in the retracted position and angular locking means (22) for locking the stem (14) in the deployed position, characterized in that the locking means comprise a single locking element (22) mounted such that it can move inside the case (12), which co-operates directly with the lug (18) of the stem (14) in order to lock the stem (14) in the retracted or deployed position.

Abstract: The invention proposes a key (10) having a retractable shaft (14) which is mounted pivotably with respect to a case (12) forming the operating head of the key (10), between a retracted position and a deployed operating position in which the shaft (14) has a first end (18) forming a heel by means of which the shaft (14) is pivoted with respect to the case (12) about a vertical pivot axis (A), and which has means for driving the shaft (14) toward its retracted position or toward its deployed position, characterized in that the drive means include a resiliently deformable element (34), which exerts a resilient force on the shaft (14) to return the shaft (14) toward its retracted or deployed position, according to the position of the shaft (14) with respect to a predetermined position which is intermediate between the deployed position and the folded-back position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a rotary cylinder lock (1) which is designed to be actuated with a multi-groove key. The inventive lock comprises: a rotor (10) which is mounted such that it can rotate inside a stator (20) and at least one spring which is mounted such that it can move inside a guide housing (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46) between a locked position and an unlocked position each spring being coupled to an elastic return means which moves same into the locked position. The invention is characterised in that each guide housing (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46) can receive two different types of springs which can co-operate respectively with each of the two key grooves which extend such as to oppose the drive force exerted by the associated elastic return means when the key is inserted into the rotor.
