  • Patent number: 12020915
Abstract: An etch process performed during semiconductor processing is monitored using a resonant structure on a surface of a wafer, formed on the surface of a wafer as a resonant cavity. A resonance sensor is positioned over the wafer within a plasma etch chamber so as to establish a resonance with the resonant structure. A resonant frequency of the resonant structure is sensed through the resonant structure and shifts in the resonant frequency are thereby detected during an etch process as a measurement of the etch process. The etch process is controlled in accordance with the shift in the resonant frequency.

  • Patent number: 11801243
Abstract: Methods for treating certain androgen receptor-positive forms of cancer using inhibitors of the CREB binding protein bromodomain are disclosed. In some methods, the AR-positive forms of cancer may be breast cancer, including triple negative forms, hormone receptor positive forms, and HER2-positive forms. In other methods, the AR-positive forms of cancer may be prostate cancer, including metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. In some embodiments, methods of treating prostate cancer comprise the step of administering to a patient in need thereof the compound (1R,3R)-3-[(7S)-2-[(R)-(5-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)(hydroxy)methyl]-6-(methoxycarbonyl)-7-methyl-3H,6H,7H,8H,9H-imidazo[4,5-f]quinolin-3-yl]cyclohexane-1-carboxylic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

  • Publication number: 20230078254
Abstract: A system and method for transmitting, from an encoder to a decoder, one or more covert wireless signals within an overt wireless signal. The encoder receives a bitstream and encodes the received bitstream into an encoded noise signal that replicates a noise signal of a predetermined hardware device. The encoded noise signal is then combined with a cover modulated signal to form at least one covert wireless signal that is distinct from and conceals the received bitstream. The covert wireless signal is transmitted within an overt wireless signal to a decoder that receives the covert wireless signal, removes the cover modulated signal from the received covert wireless signal to isolate the encoded noise signal, and then converts the isolated encoded noise signal into a decoded bitstream. The covert wireless signal can be a plurality of carrier signals, optionally established through orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) or quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM).

  • Patent number: 11120219
Abstract: A user-customized method, system and computer program for automated translation from a source language and a target language. The user's native language and accent are detected, from which a set of phonemes is determined which are those that are difficult to pronounce for that user based on his or her native language and accent. A translation engine is applied to translate a fragment of the source language input into target language output, wherein the translation is performed with reference to the synonym database for the target language so as to preferentially avoid word strings in the output that contain phonemes that exist in the user's set of difficult-to-pronounce phonemes.

  • Publication number: 20200023524
Abstract: A robot for moving trash bins and recycle bins from a storage area typically garage or driveway, to a curbside for engagement by garbage/recycle collection truck and then later the robot returns the bins back to their storage area. This works best with the commonly used two-wheel bins. The robot detects the location of the bins using a camera and artificial intelligence and lifts the bins off the ground using an arm and hook to drag the bins on their wheels to the curbside one at a time. The robot may distinguish between types of bins, the owner bins and other's bins by a barcode sticker. The robot detects its directions from driveway to curbside by either a line drawn on the ground and detected by its camera or by using a training method that keeps track of images on its way and uses artificial intelligent.

  • Patent number: 8926587
Abstract: The pneumatic system for intussusception treatment, i.e., invagination of a segment of the intestine into an adjacent segment, includes a pressurized gas supply connected to a series of filters, valves, regulators, and sensors connected to a rectal insertion tube to introduce gas at moderate pressure into the intestine of the patient. A computerized control and monitoring subsystem is included. The system preferably includes a heating system to warm the gas as desired. The system also preferably includes an exhaust portion to relieve internal intestinal pressure as required or desired. The exhaust portion of the system preferably includes a filter to absorb undesirable fecal odors that accompany the exhausted gas. At least the rectal insertion tube and the odor filter may be separable from the remainder of the system for convenient disposal. An alarm may be provided to alert the doctor or medical professional of conditions other than normal.
