Abstract: A leak sensor includes a base layer which is formed by soaking a plate-shaped structure into a resin solution, particularly a fluorine-based resin solution, or formed of a plate-shaped structure of a resin, particularly a fluorine-based resin; and a sensor layer in which a leak detection part having a predetermined area is formed by coating or printing a mixture of a liquid resin or a liquid fluorine-based resin and a conductive material on the base layer in a predetermined pattern, wherein the leak detection part of the sensor layer is formed on a side surface of the sensor layer to be exposed to the outside. Therefore, even though the sensor is not located just under the leaked fluid, the sensor becomes in contact with the fluid, and thus can detect the fluid leakage.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display according to an exemplary embodiment includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate; a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor; and color filters disposed to face the pixel electrode, wherein a plurality of microcavities are between the pixel electrode and the color filters, the microcavities form a liquid crystal layer including a liquid crystal material, the microcavities are divided by a partition portion, and the partition portion is formed by a color filter of one color among the color filters.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for generating a Short Term Key Message (STKM) for protection of a broadcast service being broadcasted to a terminal in a mobile broadcast system. The method includes transmitting, by a Broadcast Service Subscription Management (BSM) for managing subscription information, at least one key information for authentication of the broadcast service to a Broadcast Service Distribution/Adaptation (BSD/A) for transmitting the broadcast service, generating, by the BSD/A, a Traffic Encryption Key (TEK) for deciphering of the broadcast service in the terminal and inserting the TEK into a partially created STKM, and performing, by the BSD/A, Message Authentication Code (MAC) processing on the TEK-inserted STKM using the at least one key information, thereby generating a completed STKM.

The water-repellent layer is removed using a method such as an edge bead removal method. The resulting water-repellent layer has a uniform thickness.

Upon request of transmission of an IDT, the UE acquires a CN operator ID selected from a multi-ID list broadcasted from a cell in which an RRC connection has been established, and transmits an IDT message with the selected CN operator ID to the RAN. Upon receipt of the IDT message, the RAN determines whether the IDT message includes a selected CN operator ID. In the presence of the selected CN operator ID, the RAN stores the selected CN operator ID in a UE context. In the absence of the selected CN operator ID, the RAN reads a stored selected CN operator ID from the UE context. The RAN then selects a CN operator using the selected CN operator ID.
