It comprises: a center shaft; a turbine body; plural transverse partition plates protruding from a peripheral wall of the turbine body in a direction forming a right angle to the center shaft; blades installed at the peripheral wall of the turbine body along a longitudinal direction of the center shaft; and a hydraulic pressure supply means for supplying a high pressure fluid to the blades of the turbine body through nozzles to make the turbine body have a rotational force to rotate having the center shaft as a center.
