According to the present invention, the driver is notified in advance that the position of a camera is out of shape due to the repeated vibration or acceleration or the like of a vehicle. Thus, the driver can correct the vehicle black box, the camera equipped in the vehicle black box or the camera provided in the vehicle to the normal positions.
