  • Publication number: 20130228441
Abstract: A touch panel includes a transparent plate, an upper substrate having an upper surface situated on a lower surface of the transparent plate and stacked on the transparent plate in a downward direction, an upper conductive layer provided between the lower surface of the transparent plate and the lower surface of the upper substrate, a lower substrate having an upper surface situated on the lower surface of the upper substrate and stacked on the upper substrate in the downward direction, and a lower conductive layer provided between the lower surface of the upper substrate and the upper surface of the lower substrate and facing the upper conductive layer across the upper substrate. The upper surface of the transparent plate has a dome shape projecting upward on a cross section in a first direction perpendicular to the downward direction and on a cross section in a second direction perpendicular to the downward direction and the first direction.

  • Patent number: 8084699
Abstract: A vehicle switch includes a switch unit formed of a wiring board and an operating unit placed over the wiring board, a housing accommodating the wiring board, and a supporting member elastically deformable and placed in the housing for supporting the wiring board. This structure prevents switch contacts and the wiring board from being damaged, even when a great load or shock is applied to the operating unit, so that the vehicle switch can be reliably operated.

  • Publication number: 20110303519
Abstract: A multi-directional switch includes switches, a wiring board having an electrode, a pressure-sensitive body disposed over the electrode, a detection pin disposed on the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive body, and an operating body configured to push the detection pin and the switches by being tilted. The degree of a pushing force exerted by the operating body onto the detection pin changes the contact resistance between the pressure-sensitive body and the electrode. The multi-directional switch enables an electronic apparatus connected thereto to perform diverse functions by reflecting changes in the contact resistance.

Abstract: A vehicle switch includes a switch unit formed of a wiring board and an operating unit placed over the wiring board, a housing accommodating the wiring board, and a supporting member elastically deformable and placed in the housing for supporting the wiring board. This structure allows preventing switch contacts and the wiring board from being damaged although a great load or shock is applied to the operating unit, so that the vehicle switch can be reliably operated.

  • Publication number: 20060279194
Abstract: A substantially rectangular shadow mask in a dome shape includes a plurality of tie-bands with a longitudinal direction thereof being a short-side direction of the shadow mask, a plurality of bridges connecting the tie-bands adjacent to each other in a long-side direction of the shadow mask, and a plurality of electron beam passage apertures formed between the tie-bands. In a region sandwiched by a pair of straight lines parallel to the long-side direction, which respectively pass through a pair of the bridges adjacent to each other in the short-side direction, on a surface of the tie-band on a side opposed to a panel, a plurality of non-through concave portions are formed. Consequently, color displacement caused by heat doming of the shadow mask can be suppressed.
