  • Publication number: 20140107347
Abstract: A method for producing a pyrazole compound of the general formula (5) includes reacting a 2-acyl-3-aminoacrylic acid ester of the general formula (1) with a hydrazine of the general formula (4) in the presence of a base where R1, R2, R3 and R4 each independently represent an alkyl group wherein R5 represents an alkyl group or an aryl group wherein R1, R4 and R5 have the same meanings as above. It is possible by this production method to produce the 1,3-disubstituted pyrazol-4-carboxylic acid ester at a high yield and selectivity and with less discoloration.

  • Publication number: 20140005447
Abstract: A production method of 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene according to the present invention includes bringing a raw material composition containing 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and an acid composition containing hydrogen chloride into contact with each other in gas phase in the presence of a catalyst. This production method allows not only use of hydrogen chloride containing hydrogen fluoride, which has been generated during a preceding step (production of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane as a raw material or analogues thereof), but also use of any of trans and cis isomers of the 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane for production of the 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene. It is thus possible to efficiently produce the 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, which is known as an environment-adaptive chlorofluorocarbon. As the catalyst, preferred is an alumina catalyst treated by contact with hydrogen fluoride.

  • Publication number: 20140005446
Abstract: A production method of 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene according to the present invention includes bringing a composition containing a compound of the general formula (1): CF3—CH2—CHClX (where X is a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom) into contact with a solid catalyst in the presence of hydrogen chloride. In this production method, the composition containing ozone depleting HCFC such as 3-chloro-1,1,1,3-tetraluoforpropane or 3,3-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoropropane can be efficiently converted to the 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, which has less influence on the global environment and is useful as a solvent, a cleaning agent, a coolant, a working fluid, a propellant, a raw material for fluorinated resins etc.

  • Publication number: 20050266905
Abstract: A transmission line of a control signal to be transmitted from a main board to a peripheral board is trailed long inside a machine and thereby twisted to form a helically wound portion, so that L occurs in some cases. A microcomputer of a main board sends a control signal to a relay terminal board via a communication port. The relay terminal board provides a connection between a transmission line of the control signal from the main board and a transmission line from a peripheral board, thus transmitting to the peripheral board the control signal from the main board. Consequently, the transmission line of the control signal extended from the main board to the peripheral board is divided by the relay terminal board. Accordingly, the transmission line extended from the main board to the relay terminal board and the transmission line extended from the relay terminal board to the peripheral board are each made shorter than the related art transmission line connected from the main board to the peripheral board.
