The launching mechanism is configured on the base stand to launch the ball. The ball has a fitting recess formed on an outer surface of the ball. The ball stand has a mountain shape. The ball stand includes a fitting projection on a top part thereof. The fitting projection projects upwardly. The fitting projection fits in the fitting recess when the ball is set on the base stand.

Abstract: A two-pronged body restraining device includes a restraint unit provided at one end of an operating rod and a lock unit provided at the other end within the operating rod. The restraint unit includes a pair of griping members pivotably attached to a supporting member secured to the front end of a sliding bar. The sliding bar is slidably inserted into the operating rod and a pair of swinging plates, which are pivotably attached to a supporting element in which the sliding bar is slidably inserted. The lock unit is comprised of a rack-type engagement portion having saw-toothed projections, and a locking portion having a locking piece to be engaged with the rack-type engagement portion. The lock unit is configured to slide the sliding member only toward the rear end of the operating rod causing the pair of griping members to be closed when the supporting member is moved backwardly.

Further, a worker arranged at one point in a vehicle guiding section switches a color of emitted light of the light emitting lamp portion in a portable signal light, whereby the emitted light is switched to a blue “GO” display allowing a vehicle to move forward or a red “STOP” display inhibiting the vehicle from moving forward. Accordingly, it is possible to safely and smoothly guide the vehicle only by one worker.

The front surface frame has an opening. The upper press plate is disposed via the upper surface plate and is connected to an upper end of the front surface frame. The lower press plate is disposed via the lower surface plate and is connected to a lower end of the front surface frame. The front surface frame, the upper press plate, the upper surface plate, the lower press plate and the lower surface plate are connected to form a generally C-shaped configuration defining an opposing pair of generally C-shaped openings. The stopper is formed on one end of the lower surface plate and projects into one of the pair of generally C-shaped openings.
