    Abstract: The invention provides an annular body having a resin layer. The resin layer has a resin and particles. The particles are at least one of conductive or magnetic. A surface of the resin layer has a first region and a second region. The first region is different from the second region in at least one of the surface resistivity or the magnetic flux density. The second region has a resin region and a high density region. The resin region is provided at an outer side with respect to the high density region in the thickness direction of the resin layer and is substantially free of the particle. The high density region has a higher content of the particles comparing to the resin region and the first region. The invention further provides a cartridge having the annular body. The invention further provides an image forming apparatus having the annular body.
