    Abstract: A magnetic carrier for a two-component type developing agent used for the electrophotography, comprising resin-magnetic spherical particles which are formed by the polymerization of a monomer in which a magnetic powder is dispersed and which have a glass transition temperature of higher than 100.degree. C., the surfaces of said resin-magnetic spherical particles being coated with a surface-treated coating layer. Therefore, the surface-treated coating layer on the surfaces of the carriers can be heat-treated at 100.degree. C. or higher. The carrier therefore is light in weight, flowable, and exhibits excellent durability, resistance against the heat and stable electric characteristics irrespective of the passage of time.

    Abstract: A resin-coated magnetic carrier for two-component developers which comprises magnetic particles and a resin coating formed on the individual magentic particles is described. The resin coating is made of a cured resin composition comprised of an alkylated melamine resin whose moelcular weight satisfies the followin inequalityM.gtoreq.1100C-400wherein M represents a weight average molecular weight of the resin and C represents the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl moiety, and an acryl-modified silicone resin. The use of the composition is effective in preventing the coated particles from melt adhesion and in forming a smooth and uniform coating layer on individual particles. The resin-coated carrier is significantly reduced in amount of spend carrier and has good durability, moisture resistance, chargeability.

    Abstract: A blade of an exposure control such as an iris control device or a shutter control device is provided for use in cameras. A sheet of a resin or metallic material configured as desired into the final blade form is placed in an injection molding machine which has a pin-forming cavity on one side of the sheet. The sheet is broken and penetrated at its portions where pins are to be formed and fixed, such that portions of the material of the sheet are deformed to project into the cavity. A molten resin is injected through a sprue formed on the opposite side of the sheet to the cavity so that the injected resin fills the cavity to form a pin in such a manner that the deformed and projected portion of the material of the sheet is embedded in the pin-forming resin. Another pin is formed on the other side of the sheet simultaneously with the first-mentioned pin in the same manner in the same die apparatus.

    Abstract: An automatic article feeding apparatus which includes a stocker for housing pallets for containing articles such as parts for assembly, interchangeable tools or the like, a first pallet operating device for transferring the pallets from the stocker to an automatic assembling machine and vice versa, a second pallet operating device for feeding the loaded pallets containing the articles to said stocker and discharging the empty pallets to the outside, and control means for controlling the operations of the pallet operating devices in accordance with the actuation of said automatic assembling machine and the signals indicating the position of the loaded pallet housed in said stocker and the empty portion in said stocker.
