  • Publication number: 20240097106
Abstract: A battery electrode manufacturing device, which can suppress air from being contained in the active material and improve uniformity of an active material layer formed on a current collector, is provided. The battery electrode manufacturing device comprises: a first chamber whose interior is decompressed below atmospheric pressure; an active material supply unit that supplies a powdery active material onto a current collector, which is arranged in the first chamber; and a compressor that compresses the active material supplied on the current collector, wherein the active material supply unit and the compressor are arranged in the first chamber.

  • Patent number: 11919366
Abstract: A target thermal sensation setter sets target thermal sensations for a finite number of parts into which the occupant is virtually divided. A cabin temperature controller individually controls a cabin air-conditioning unit and an auxiliary heater so that the thermal sensations of the respective parts of the occupant estimated by an occupant thermal sensation estimator fall within a range of the target thermal sensations.

  • Patent number: 11504891
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a screw of an injection molding machine in which a heating cylinder is formed with a first compression section, a starvation section, and a second compression section, and in which an inert gas is to be introduced into the starvation section. At a portion of the screw corresponding to the first compression section, a barrier flight as a double flight including a combination of a main flight and a sub-flight having a lead angle larger than that of the main flight is formed, and a dam flight having a predetermined-width ring shape is formed, downstream of, i.e., in front of the barrier flight. A seal structure to prevent backflow of the resin may be provided between the dam flight and the starvation section.

  • Patent number: 5789717
Abstract: A semi-automatic TIG welding apparatus including a torch handle, a wire-feeding curved nozzle which is disposed within the torch handle and is curved at a point slightly extended from the torch handle, and a TIG torch supporting arm which is fixed to a TIG torch having a shielding gas hose and center gas hose. An inside portion of the TIG torch supporting arm is formed of an electroconductive material. The apparatus further includes water-cooling welding cable hoses which are attached to a water tank, extend through the inner side of the torch handle, and are attached to the TIG torch. The water-cooling welding cable hoses being formed with electroconductive cables provided therein. The apparatus may additionally include a TIG torch rotation block which is rotatably mounted to the wire-feeding curved nozzle and fixed to the TIG torch supporting arm.

  • Patent number: 5347098
Abstract: A method of welding metal products, at least one of which is made of nickel or a nickel alloy, comprises the steps of generating an arc between the products to be welded, serving as a positive pole, and a tungsten electrode held by a welding torch, serving as a negative pole. A shielding gas is emitted, consisting of an argon-based mixed gas containing one or both of hydrogen and helium, from a confining gas nozzle concentric with the tungsten electrode, thus confining the apparent flaring angle of the arc within 80 degrees. The welding torch is moved along the weld line while feeding the tip of a filler wire to a part of the molten pool directly below the arc. This method is applicable to the welding of metal products, at least one of which is made of nickel or a nickel alloy.

  • Patent number: 5149939
Abstract: An automatic welding apparatus for non-consumable-electrode-type arc welding comprises a mechanism which is adapted to feed a second wire in the molten pool and to oscillate this second wire in synchronism with the oscillation of the welding torch and the conventional wire and at a position where both wires are opposed to each other in an axis perpendicular to weld line.An automatic welding apparatus for consumable-electrode-type arc welding comprises a mechanism which is adapted to feed a second wire in the molten pool and to oscillate this second wire in synchronism with the oscillation of the welding torch and at a position where both wires are opposed to each other in an axis perpendicular to weld line.
