Provided is a control device including: a location identifying section configured to identify a current location of a robot; a landmark information specifying section configured to specify (i) a landmark for which a spot suitable for shooting the landmark is present at or near the current location and (ii) the spot suitable for shooting the landmark; and a drive control section configured to cause the robot to move to the spot suitable for shooting the landmark thus specified.
