Patent number: 7409486Abstract: A protocol chip and a bridge are connected to a first bus, while the bridge and a micro processor (MP) are connected to a second bus. The MP generates parameter information and writes it into a local memory (LM), and issues a write command which includes access destination information to this parameter information to a protocol chip. The bridge pre-fetches the parameter information from the LM using the access destination information within the write command which is transferred to the protocol chip via itself, and when receiving a read command from the protocol chip, transmits the parameter information which has been pre-fetched to the protocol chip via the first bus, without passing the read command through to the MP.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2006Date of Patent: August 5, 2008Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Osamu Torigoe, Hideaki Shima, Shouji Katoh

Patent number: 7055406Abstract: An axle housing support structure may readily assemble and support an axle housing to a base frame. In the axle housing support structure, the axle housing composed of a differential housing with a body and a pair of axle tubes mounted on right and left sides of the differential housing for receiving a front axle is supported by fixing axle brackets fitted to the axle tubes, respectively, to the base frame. The axle bracket is fastened by using a repulsive force receiving bolt to a repulsive force receiving portion formed integrally with the body of the differential housing.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 1999Date of Patent: June 6, 2006Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Toyota JidoshokkiInventors: Mamoru Kuzuya, Hideaki Shima, Masayasu Arakawa

Patent number: 6782961Abstract: An industrial vehicle includes a transmission, which is coupled to an engine by a torque converter. When the vehicle is accelerating, the rotational acceleration of driving wheels is computed based on the rotational speed of the driving wheels. A traction control procedure is executed based on the rotational acceleration for eliminating spinning of the driving wheels. When the vehicle is decelerating, the rotational deceleration of the driving wheels is computed based on the rotational speed of the driving wheels. An anti-lock brake control procedure is executed based on the rotational deceleration for preventing the driving wheels from locking. As a result, skidding of the driving wheels is reliably prevented by a simple structure.Type: GrantFiled: October 17, 2000Date of Patent: August 31, 2004Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Toyoda Jidoshokki SeisakushoInventors: Kazuo Ishikawa, Hiroyuki Taniguchi, Hideaki Shima

Patent number: 6257090Abstract: An axle housing assembly has a stable strength against a drive repulsive force and is superior in dimensional precision and maintenance. The axle housing assembly for a vehicle includes: a differential housing for receiving a differential gear; a pair of axle tubes mounted integrally on the right and left sides of the differential housing for receiving respective drive axles; and an axle bracket mounted integrally on at least one of the axil tubes for receiving a repulsive force. In the axle housing assembly, the interconnection between the differential housing and the axle tube and the interconnection between the axle tube and the axle bracket for receiving the repulsive force are performed by bolts, respectfully.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 1999Date of Patent: July 10, 2001Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Toyoda Jidoshokki SeisakushoInventors: Masayasu Arakawa, Mamoru Kuzuya, Hideaki Shima

Patent number: 6203464Abstract: A differential apparatus includes a ring gear and a sensor for detecting the rotation speed of the ring gear. One side of the ring gear has a plurality of teeth. The sensor detects the teeth passing by the sensor when the ring gear rotates. Each tooth has an outer end surface that is parallel to the rotation axis of the ring gear. The sensor is spaced from the gear and radially faces the axis of the gear.Type: GrantFiled: October 13, 1998Date of Patent: March 20, 2001Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha Toyoda Jidoshokki SeisakushoInventors: Kazuo Ishikawa, Hideaki Shima

Patent number: 4665432Abstract: A video contour correction system for a video display unit consists of an auxiliary deflection coil having its coil axis parallel with the axis of the horizontal deflection coil of the cathode-ray tube, a differentiating circuit for detecting the primary differential waveform of a video signal and an amplification circuit for amplifying the output of the differentiating circuit. The output current of the amplification circuit is supplied to the auxiliary deflection coil so that the magnetic field produced by said auxiliary deflection coil is superposed on the horizontal deflection magnetic field produced by said horizontal deflection coil, thereby improving the border contrast of the picture.Type: GrantFiled: January 29, 1985Date of Patent: May 12, 1987Assignee: Sharp Kabushiki KaishaInventor: Hideaki Shima
