Abstract: Information corresponding to a face image preferred by a user as a whole is presented while considering a face element preferred by the user. An information processing apparatus identifies a priority of each of a plurality of elements included in a face in a reference face image. The priority is according to specification by a user. The information processing apparatus extracts, from among a plurality of face images, face images whose similarities of an area including the plurality of elements to the reference face image is greater than or equal to a first threshold value. The information processing apparatus decides, on the basis of similarities of each element between the reference face image and the extracted face images and the identified priority of each element, presentation order of presentation information presented as search results corresponding to the extracted face images.

Abstract: An information processing system according to one embodiment includes a determination unit and a changing unit. The determination unit sets a limit amount and a security deposit amount so that the sum of the two amounts does not exceed an amount of advance payment made by a user having applied for a prepaid payment means available at a member shop of a postpaid payment means. The changing unit refers to a pool storage unit that stores a pooled amount to be used for payment for an amount billed for sales from the member shop, and adds the security deposit amount set by the determination unit to the pooled amount. The amount billed exceeds a balance of the prepaid payment means. The pooled amount includes a security deposit of another user different from the user.

Abstract: An information processing apparatus according to one embodiment includes a saving unit and a providing unit. In response to receiving a request for a payment agent in a commercial transaction from a terminal of a user not having a credit card, the saving unit saves available points of the user equivalent to a payment amount of the commercial transaction from a point storage unit. The providing unit acquires a card number of a prepaid payment means usable like a credit card and sets a limit amount based on the available points saved by the saving unit, and thereby provides card information of the prepaid payment means containing the card number and the limit amount for payment of the commercial transaction.

Abstract: An ID management device according to one embodiment includes a checking unit, a setting unit and a notification unit. The checking unit checks the amount of advance payment made in association with an information processing application. The setting unit sets an available amount already issued or to be set within a credit limit for an applicant of the information processing application in association with ID information corresponding to the applicant to an amount within the amount of advance payment checked by the checking unit. The notification unit notifies the applicant of a setting message indicating that the available amount is set in association with the ID information corresponding to the applicant after the available amount set by the setting unit is reflected on the storage unit.
